Member of the Serbian Parliament

 

Mr. Marko Đurišić is a Member of the Serbian Parliament and Head of the Party Caucus of the Social Democratic Party.

He currently sits on the Defense and Internal Affairs Committee. This is his fifth term serving as MP since 2001. From 2007-2012 he was Head of delegation to NATO Parliamentary Assembly. Đurišić is Vice President of Social Democratic Party. Previously, he was a member of Democratic Party where he served as Secretary of the Democratic Party Presidium (2012-2013), President of the Executive Board (2004-2012) and Member of the Executive Board (2001-2004). From 2004 until 2014 he was in charge of several political campaigns - he was party's campaign manager for several parliamentary elections, campaign manager for Boris Tadić in several presidential elections, and a number of local elections. He holds a degree in Information Technology Engineering.
