Milovan Peulić comes from Banja Luka, Republic of Srpska entity in BiH. He currently works as a Head of Department for European Integration in Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mining of the Republic of Srpska Government. He graduated from Military Academy in Belgrade and holds BSc in Engineering. Also, he holds a LLM degree in Law and Diplomacy from Faculty of Law of University of Banja Luka.
He acquired extensive experience from the public administration, mostly in the area of European Integration. He performed different tasks in the area of legal alignment, public policy development, legislative drafting and strategic development, EU integration coordination mechanisms, coordination of the Stabilization and Association Process, etc.
He has completed executive education for young diplomats and civil servants at Diplomatic Academy of Vienna, as well as British Foreign and Commonwealth Office-BiH Fellowship Programme for Future Leaders „Collaborative public leadership and policymakingˮ at Queen Mary University of London.
Milovan is member of many working groups, committees and bodies related to process of European integration of BiH in EU. One of them is the Stabilization and Association interim Sub-Committees between Bosnia and Herzegovina and European Union for Internal Market and Competition. During his career he attended a number of trainings, seminars, schools, conferences and courses organized by national and international institutions related to European Integration Issues, International Relations and Public Governance.
He is Certified Trainer of Directorate of European Integration of BiH for EU related matters and Certified Trainer in Program Gender Concepts, Standards, and Mechanisms for Gender Equality in Public Administration. He fluently speaks English.
Milovan is married and has one son.
