Njomza Arifi, Project Development Officer, Group for Legal and Political Studies

 

Ms. Njomza Arifi is an economist by background and has an MA in Entrepreneurship and Local Economic Development.

She currently is the Communications and Project Development Officer at Group for Legal and Political Studies (GLPS), where she is responsible for public relations issues, as well as overall project management development. In her position as she also directly engages with Kosovo institutions, local government, civil society organizations and donors, both in Kosovo and regionally. Njomza has more than 6 years of experience in the management and implementation of different major communication and development projects and awareness campaigns for Kosovo institutions, international organizations, and civil society. Prior to joining GLPS, she worked at Management Development Associates (MDA), a leading business consulting company in Kosovo, where she was involved in the planning, management, and monitoring of projects funded by the European Union Office in Kosovo, UNDP, USAID, and other donor organizations in Kosovo. She also holds the title Certified Marketing Executive (CME) from Sales and Marketing Executives International, a sales and marketing professional association based in New York, United States.
